  • Saccharide. I honey using a mix of granulated and light dark-brown saccharide for rich, flavorful cookies. Near no-broil cookie recipes use just granulated, but I recollect the brown carbohydrate just adds something special.
  • Cocoa powder. My preference is natural unsweetened cocoa pulverisation, but y'all could too utilise Dutch procedure cocoa if that'south what you accept–the season will be more than intense though!
  • Peanut butter. Use regular peanut butter, non the natural kind that separates. Either crunchy or creamy will work!
